At the end of last year, we were invited by a large pharmaceutical company (who I won't name) to spend 30 days reviewing their language proficiency. While the level of scientific knowledge they possess is undoubtedly world-class, it occurred to us that other aspects of their writing was not quite of the same standard.
Having analysed several individuals and the kind of errors being made in common, we set about preparing a plan for the organisation, as whole, to overcome their weaknesses and embed a whole new philosophy towards Technical Language Proficiency.
